I have no doubt that its Christmas. ANet just couldn't call it that because of the diverse plyaerbase of Guild Wars.

Uh oh, we better watch out. The atheists are likely to come out with their pitchforks and torches.

I don't mind that it's changed a bit because of the diverse playerbase. Just don't deny that it's there.

*is atheist* Shall I storm Anet and demand a separation of church and game? I think not. XD. And we leave the pitchforks and torches to the Satanists.

Actually, Christmas has become so secular that most atheists don't mind it at all. It's hard to tell these days whether the holiday celebrates the coming of Christ, or the coming of mass profits for Toys R' Us and its fellows. Plus, the spirit of it, once you get past both Jesus and capitalism, is undeniably one to be shared with friends and family. I think even Richard Dawkins expressed like sentiment when asked for thoughts on Christmas.

Knowing this, I don't think Anet even tried (or needed) to be politically correct when naming the Christmas event Wintersday XD. They probably named it Wintersday just to make it tie in more with the world of GW--afterall, Christ isn't exactly one of the Five Gods. If they put a giant dreidel and the Seven Candles of Kwanzaa next to the Christmas tree in LA--I think any holiday decor near state institutions in the US has to do as such, to demonstrate a wall of separation XD--then I'd say they were trying to be PC.

To the OP: That's a sweet thing to do XD. I'll be donating my shards if I can catch you online =). Happy Wintereenmas, long live the King! Hopefully nobody tries to steal his crown this year XD.

Sorry everyone, I'm all out. WHat was left I gave to friends to have them help distribute to the masses.

As of now, I don't know if any of them still have any, but I'll hit them up when I get online.

Hope everyone is ready for Wintereenmas- I KNOW I AM!

LONG LIVE THE KING, THE ONE TRUE KING.

Nice to see you being so kind at CHRISTMAS and giving away items during the CHIRSTMAS event. I will never conform to rediculous political correctness...

Somehow, I never though the first thing I'd get someone addicted to would be a webcomic...*pulls up list in head of all his pot-head friends*
